Add duplexes, triplexes, and small apartments as one building, then track every unit’s rent, beds/baths, square footage, and vacancy status.

  • Create a single building record for the parcel and attach units (A/B, 1–4, etc.) with their own monthly rent and marketing status.
  • Record bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet per unit so listings, comps, and internal notes stay aligned.
  • See occupancy mix and rent ranges on your portfolio list before you open a building—occupied, vacant, and “available for rent” at a glance.
