What is in the tax packet
- Schedule E summary — income and expenses by category and IRS line, per property or consolidated.
- Profit & Loss — monthly totals so you can see seasonality and missing months.
- Transaction register — date, description, category, amount. Receipts stay attached in the app when the landlord uploaded them.
What we do not claim
This is not tax advice and not a prepared Form 1040. Depreciation, cost basis, and passive-activity rules still need a CPA. We organize the year so you are not reconstructing a shoebox.
How landlords send it
On Pro, Reports → Download tax packet produces one PDF for the tax year. They can email that file or share a CSV of the same reports.
